Meet your provider for a free 15-minute introductory visit by phone or video. This is your chance to share what’s going on, ask any questions you have about our services or pricing, and decide whether Rubi Health is right for you. No commitment, no cost.

After your intro visit
If you decide to move forward, here’s how your first full visit works.
Step 1
Schedule your new patient evaluation
Book your full new patient visit through the patient portal or by phone. New patients are typically seen within the same week.
Step 2
Set up your patient portal
After your appointment is confirmed, you’ll get an email invite to your secure patient portal. Please complete before your visit: intake forms, photo ID, consent forms, and preferred pharmacy. Please complete at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Step 3
Confirm your payment
Flat rate at the time of your visit. No deductibles, no prior auth, no surprise bills. HSA/FSA accepted. Your visit or labs may be partially reimbursable — ask us for a superbill.
Step 4
Join your telehealth visit
Log into your portal at appointment time and click the secure link. Have a quiet space, test your camera, and bring your medication list and questions.
